Annabel has worked in technology recruitment for 15 years both in-house for Dell and Nutanix and agency-side. She Co-founded W&G Recruitment in 2015 and has been building teams for technology startups globally. Culabr, her new venture with her business partner CJ has been born out of creating a solution for recruiters to improve performance.

CJ has worked in the recruitment industry for over 16 years, working both as an agency recruiter and in-house for the likes of Google and Dell building teams across EMEA. In 2015 he co-founded W&G Recruitment and alongside his business partner Annabel Gardiner they have developed a gamified recruitment platform called Culabr to motivate and create performance driven recruiter success.

With over 20 years in recruitment and social media tech, Paul’s passion for innovation and customer satisfaction is unparalleled. Helping create Broadbean be the biggest job advert distribution tool world wide and taking his loyal customer base and knowledge to a new competitor within that space at idibu – Paul is well situated to take Culabr to the next level. As a seasoned start-up tech evangelist who has grown his own unique innovative tech products to market, his eye for game changing software speaks for itself.

Introducing Marielle Geronimo, an accomplished individual with a passion for music, dogs, theater and coffee. Joining WG Recruitment as a virtual assistant and later working as a recruiter, Marielle discovered her passion for improving recruiter performance with the help of a software like Culabr. She's excited about Culabr's potential to revolutionise the industry and is dedicated to supporting its growth as their Marketing Executive.
